The global textile industry is one of the world’s largest polluters and often relies on opaque, exploitative labor chains. Meanwhile, marginalized populations in European cities lack access to high-value vocational training that combines traditional craft with modern circular technology.
What is CIRCUFash?
CIRCUFash is an European based project funded by Erasmus+ Program which implements Urban Fashion Labs as local hubs for circular micro-production. It leverages Citizen Science to collect data on textile waste and consumer behavior, turning the public into active participants in the circular transition.
